Loved the massive room with a great city and sea view! Breakfast was awesome too. 😋 Just watch out for the parking situation, it can get tight!

Lights in the room malfunctioned frequently!!! Bath floor presentations potential slipping hazards!!! Hot water running chocolate brown initially!!! Room atmosphere tainted by moldy odor!!! Staff reluctance in room change left a sour taste!!!

Great view and friendly staff!
The room was huge and had an epic view of the city and harbor. Staff were super nice and always ready to help. Loved the nearby restaurant just across the street for late-night bites. The only bummer was the old furniture. it's definitely time for an upgrade. Breakfast could've had more options too!

The room was spacious and comfortable, accommodating our family well. While breakfast options were excellent, and we savored the yummy Pork Belly, we encountered cleanliness issues, specifically with pest control, as we found cockroaches in the bathroom. The staff were helpful, assisting with luggage and parking, but the response to our pest concerns left much to be desired. an interesting location with good street food nearby, but hygiene needs significant improvement.

Friends looking for adventure
Room is big enough, can fit 2x adults and 2x kids, air-cond working great. The hotel looks old school but the management is doing a good job in maintaining the look.
It wasn't very cheap but still acceptable.

the room was super comfy and had a fantastic panoramic view of the city and bay. the staff were real nice and helpful when we asked about places to eat. we loved chillin' in the room watching the street life below. the location is awesome, with good street food just around the corner and a cool modern mall by the waterfront. also, sandakan's attractions are pretty interesting!
the internet was kinda iffy in the room and the breakfast was not included in our deal. there were some issues with the bathroom not being very clean, which was a bit of a letdown.
